1.2 All services are subject to the terms and conditions specified in this agreement.
- Privacy and Data Security
2.1 SGS Healthcare Services is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal and medical information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how your data is collected, used, and protected.
III. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Clients must provide accurate and complete personal and medical information to facilitate their medical tourism arrangements.
3.2 Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents, including passports and visas.
3.3 Clients must adhere to the advice and recommendations provided by healthcare providers and follow prescribed treatment plans.
- Medical Providers
4.1 SGS Healthcare Services facilitates the selection of medical providers based on the client’s preferences, medical needs, and budget.
4.2 While we make every effort to ensure the quality and reputation of the medical providers, clients are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and research.
4.3 SGS Healthcare Services is not liable for any medical outcomes, as these are the responsibility of the selected healthcare provider.
- Travel Arrangements
5.1 Travel coordination services may include flights, ground transportation, and accommodation bookings. Clients must provide accurate travel information to enable successful arrangements.
5.2 Any changes or cancellations to travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel providers.
5.3 Clients are responsible for understanding and adhering to the terms and conditions of airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
- Payment and Fees
6.1 SGS Healthcare Services charges fees for its services. Clients are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the fee structure before engaging our services.
6.2 All fees must be paid in full as per the agreed-upon payment schedule.
6.3 Clients are responsible for any additional costs related to their medical tourism, including medical expenses and travel costs.
VII. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Cancellation policies for medical providers, airlines, and accommodations are determined by those entities and not by SGS Healthcare Services.
7.2 SGS Healthcare Services may charge service fees for cancellations and rescheduling, as specified in the fee structure.
7.3 Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective service providers and will be processed as per their guidelines.
VIII. Insurance
8.1 Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover unexpected events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Legal Compliance
9.1 Clients are expected to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, both in their home country and the destination country, during their medical tourism experience.
- Dispute Resolution
10.1 In the event of disputes or conflicts, clients are encouraged to contact SGS Healthcare Services to attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
10.2 If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, they will be subject to mediation or arbitration, as specified by applicable laws and regulations. All disputes are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.
